Rebecca is a truly skilled coach, facilitator and a community builder. She has a fantastic ability to both support and gently challenge the founders she works with, helping them progress and thrive. Rebecca's belief in people's ability to reach their goals, regardless of their background is infectious and I know has made a huge difference to the many entrepreneurs she has supported. In addition to her 1:1 work, Rebecca is also an expert group facilitator and a true advocate for the power of peer to peer learning. A natural host and convenor, it's a joy to watch Rebecca bring individuals and groups together and to witness the impact this has on everyone in the room.

I can warmly recommend Rebecca as an excellent facilitator. She has the experience and confidence to create space for others and while we weren’t planning for this, also brilliant in an event where things went wrong at the start - a key person didn’t turn up - helping to sense her and the group’s way to an outstanding outcome. Rest assured if she is on board.

Rebecca worked as a Community Group Facilitator on the Community Spaces programme which was funded by Big Lottery Fund for which i was the Programme Manager. Rebecca carried out this role professionally and independently to offer a range of support services to help groups apply for the funding and deliver successful projects. Rebecca proved herself as an experienced facilitator and was often called upon to support groups who were struggling the most. This was often in the area of relationship breakdown either within the group or with partner agencies. Rebecca was able to broker relationships to reach a conclusion acceptable to all parties.

Rebecca is an outstanding coach, advisor and champion of social entrepreneurs - providing invaluable support to inspiring folk like The Bevy, Not Saints, No Walls Gardens and hundreds of others. Rebecca's creativity, generosity, empathy and business nous were all part of the secret sauce, but it was the quality of relationships and trust Rebecca engendered which really enabled these leaders to flourish and thrive.

Rebecca is a highly experienced manager, facilitator and coach who approaches her work with from a place of empathy, authenticity and understanding. During Covid-19 Rebecca and I collaborated on the design and delivery of a series of online peer support events for social entrepreneurs who were in receipt of an UnLtd Award. I learned a huge amount from Rebecca about designing dynamic and engaging workshops and I felt incredibly supported by her which was great for my confidence.

Rebecca brings such depth of care and compassion for others to her work. A skilled coach and neuro-linguistic programming practitioner, she is excellent when building relationships with others, using her emotional intelligence to move with purpose. This foundation means she can very rapidly connect with people's values and purpose. She helps people realise their goals, be they professional or personal. Rebecca is also a talented network-weaver who repeatedly brings people together for powerful connections, even enduring collaborations. Her facilitation skills are first-rate and she is clever managing group dynamics.

Rebecca is someone who immediately inspired the trust of her peers and the confidence of senior leaders. People regularly referred to her with words such as inclusive, reflective, intentional, and a valued thinking partner. The latter was immensely valuable to me when Rebecca and I collaborated on programme design and built facilitation plans for a virtual event pilot. She noticed gaps but had a method of prompting that made me think harder rather than did the thinking for me. And she is one of the best listeners I've ever worked with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our working partnership with Rebecca, having received an UnLtd grant to scale up our Worthing Honey Collective. She has been fantastic in supporting us from the outset, linking us up with other organisations nearby and assisting with our progress as a social enterprise. She has an inclusive approach to work helping social enterprises thrive and connect - thanks so much for your accountability and guidance throughout our partnership, Rebecca.

Rebecca is a collaborative leader. Developing and leading programmes, partnerships rooted in communities and social entrepreneurship. Rebecca has a breadth of diverse skills and knowledge. Her leading skills are coaching, action learning, networking facilitation and solution focused. She has a talent for bringing people together (on and offline) and creating mutually beneficial partnerships.

I spent a wonderful 6 months working with Rebecca when she led an ambitious podcast project with a group of social entrepreneurs from across the UK. UnLtd commissioned my social enterprise MIC media to produce a podcast to promote the achievements, outcomes and offer a legacy to the 'Changing Places' project.
Transforming this project into a podcast was the brainchild of Rebecca, who then acted as top banana project manager to help facilitate the series. This included gathering voices, encouraging project participants to get involved, scheduling training, pooling ideas, managing diaries and expectations of contributors from Dundee to Brighton, ensuring the involvement of the wider UnLtd team (including how the podcast would fit into their marketing ecosystem) and more!

I had the pleasure of working with Rebecca on a lottery bid to achieve £50k of funding to refurbish our local play area. Throughout the long, complicated and very formal process Rebecca was always available and supportive, guiding us through the steps required and able to advise on the best approach to achieve the desired result. The outcome was a successful application and now a wonderful new play area for the community. I recommend Rebecca to anyone who wants project support, for her knowledge of the process, and ability to advise the best course of action in a friendly and supportive manner.

Rebecca is a highly experienced facilitator with a warm and engaging disposition. She is hugely knowledgeable about the social sector with expert knowledge to drive strategic change and organisational development. She has an excellent coaching style and aims to bring the best out in people.

Rebecca is a star. She led on a number of projects with our community pub, The Bevy. Her enthusiasm, attention to detail and interpersonal skills were second to none. Really hope that we have opportunities to work together in future!
